Inherited a live Shopify storefront with mobile UX and accessibility issues that required immediate stabilization without disrupting ongoing ecommerce performance.

Legacy templates, existing brand systems, and no allowable downtime during active sales.

Focused on production-ready improvements shipped incrementally, executed mobile-first layout fixes and ADA/WCAG updates directly in production files prioritizing clarity, usability, and stability.
Outcome
Increased conversion rate by 148%, boosted orders 32% YoY, and stabilized a storefront supporting 200K+ annual sessions.
Achievements
Intuitive navigation
A primary objective of our project was to create a significantly better user experience for all visitors, with an emphasis on making navigation much easier and more intuitive. This improvement included the addition of a user-friendly search bar as well as the implementation of mega menus, enhancements that reduced friction in key user flows
Guide users towards products
On the homepage of our website, a key goal was to effectively guide users toward our products page while also ensuring that they can easily and efficiently access the shopping cart. This approach was designed to create a more streamlined and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors.
Specifications Tab
One important aspect was the addition of a detailed specifications tab, which allows users to thoroughly understand the different features and specifications of the products they are considering. This enhancement aims to improve product understanding and decision-making
Flip book Catalog
